Payment methods

The ERV online store currently allows the following payment methods:

• with cash on delivery when picking up the package via Pošta Slovenija
• according to the estimate or transfer to TRR (UPN order) to the company's account

Delivery

Cash on delivery orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 a.m. are shipped the same day or the next day at the latest. Packages are delivered within three to five working days via Pošta Slovenija. If the delivery time is longer, we will inform you within 48 hours.

Orders with advance payment are shipped when we receive the transfer of the entire amount to our TRR.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed and shipped the next business day.

Stroški pakiranja in dostave so brezplačni ob nakupu nad 110 eur. Za naročila do 110 eur pa je cena dostave 7,25 brez DDV.

Prices and delivery conditions apply only to the area within the Republic of Slovenia.

Sale and delivery of goods is possible on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. We deliver abroad upon prior individual agreement.

Refunds

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. The resignation must be communicated to info@evin-rajskivrt.si. Furthermore, within 14 days after the notice of resignation, he must return the goods to the company ERV at the address Iška vas 37, 1291 Ig. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer or the consumer.

The buyer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity. Unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost through no fault of the buyer.

When returning the goods, the buyer must also send the invoice for the goods and personal data, as well as the number of the transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned payment. Refunds are made no later than 14 days from the return of the goods.
