The range of products and prices in the ERV online store may change without prior notice or notifications. All prices include VAT and are valid at the time of placing the order. When ERV sends an order confirmation message to the customer, the prices are fixed and apply to both ERV and the customer.

Issuance of an invoice

ERV issues the invoice after the service has been completed to the customer's e-mail address or in printed form.

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.

ERV can reject an order that it finds that it cannot carry out under the stated conditions and available data.

Complaints about received shipments

Inspect the received goods immediately and in the presence of a delivery service person. The delivery service considers all subsequent complaints of damage to the goods only exceptionally and the provider cannot resolve them on their behalf. Enter any damage in the minutes, which the delivery person is obliged to sign.

In case of damage to the package and its contents, please notify us in writing within three days of receiving the package and send us photos to our email address info@evin- rajskivrt.si. Do not discard the damaged package and contents until the damage assessment process is complete.

Refunds

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. The resignation must be communicated to info@evin-rajskivrt.si. Furthermore, within 14 days after the notice of resignation, he must return the goods to the company ERV at the address Iška vas 37, 1291 Ig. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer or the consumer.

The buyer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity. Unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost through no fault of the buyer.

When returning the goods, the buyer must also send the invoice for the goods and personal data, as well as the number of the transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned payment. Refunds are made no later than 14 days from the return of the goods.

Limitation of liability

ERV strives to ensure the correctness of the data published on its websites up to date. Nevertheless, an error may occur due to rapid changes in prices, delivery time, etc. In this case, ERV informs the customer about the changes and offers him to withdraw from the contract or exchange the ordered item.

Exclusion of liability

ERV reserves the right to disable access to the website due to maintenance or technical problems.

In the event of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders that were affected by the technical error. In such a case, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of further procedures.

Complaints and disputes

ERV respects the applicable European legislation on consumer protection. The complaint is submitted via the e-mail address info@evin-rajskivrt.si. The appeal process is confidential. Within five working days, ERV will confirm that it has received the complaint, inform the customer how long it will take to deal with it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure. ERV does its best to resolve any disputes amicably.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes. ERV, which as a provider of goods and services facilitates online trade in the territory of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers at the link http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

The aforementioned regulation comes from the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online resolution of consumer disputes and the amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
